From the press release: More than 300 golfers will descend upon Fiddler's Elbow County Club in Far Hills, N.J., on Monday, October 17 to tee off against cancer. This fundraiser, held in 20 other cities across the U.S. and Canada, is part of AT&T's overall fundraising effort to support the American Cancer Society's “Relay For Life” program. Relay For Life raises awareness and funds to support cancer research, education, advocacy and patient services in the community. AT&T's goal is to raise $1 million through the national tournament and corporate team participation in “Relay For Life” events across the country.
