ShopRite LPGA Classic donates record amount

The ShopRite LPGA Classic announced it has donated a tournament-record $1,804,140 to 57 different charities, according to the Press of Atlantic City's LPGA Classic on the rise. The Community Food Bank of New Jersey Southern Branch, the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City and the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey were among the recipients.
Did you know that all LPGA tournaments are nonprofit events that benefit charities? This year's tournament will be held June 2-4 at the Seaview Marriott.
