Cape May residents tell County to buy Ponderlodge Golf Course

Crowd tells county: Save golf course, says the Press of Atlantic City. Cape May County residents are looking for a public purchase of the Ponderlodge Golf Course which is now in bankruptcy proceedings.
More than 100 people attended a freeholder meeting at the Cape May courthouse to request a public purchase with $8 million in grants and loans from the state Green Acres Program for the 235-acre 18-hole golf course.
The propertly also includes tennis courts, a lake, and a banquet hall.
