The NJ Herald is reporting that Crystal Springs Resort will be opening a 320,000 square foot property called the Grand Cascades Lodge in Spring 2007.

The report states refers to the property as a “$70 million condominium hotel” and notes:

Each of the one-, two- and three-bedroom suites include a kitchen, a

bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a gas fireplace and a balcony. Prices for

the units range from $292,900 to $899,900 and include an optional

rental program.
