Calling ALL Golfers – The 2nd Annual All Fore ALS Charity Golf Outing benefiting The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter will take place on Monday, September 17, 2012.

I realize that you have a choice where you contribute your charity dollars and hope that you will continue to support this great cause.

Thanks to your participation and generosity, last year’s inaugural outing exceeded my expectations by raising $7,850.00 to benefit The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter. Our financial support helps The ALS Association Greater NY Chapter to continue their mission to lead the fight to cure and treat ALS through global, cutting-edge research and to empower people with Lou Gehrig’s disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support.

Like last year, the outing will be at the exclusive Ramsey Golf & Country Club in Ramsey, NJ with a best ball scramble format. It will begin at 8:00am with Registration and Breakfast buffet followed by a 9:30am Shotgun with lunch, open bar and awards/prizes at 2:15pm.

If you are unable make the outing, you can still participate by purchasing a hole sign or by making a monetary contribution by also completing the form indicating your level of interest.
