Via NJ.com – Red Knot at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth opens in May: Residents of Union County and foodies everywhere have reason to rejoice. The impressive structure that’s been taking shape along the Garden State Parkway South near Exit 138 is almost complete.
It’s the new home of The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course. And a highlight of this ambitious 46,000-sq.-ft. complex is the Contemporary American gastropub Red Knot, helmed by longtime Union County resident (and NJ native) Ralph Romano, executive chef.
In addition to Red Knot, the new Clubhouse features a stunning second-floor banquet and conference space with state-of-the-art AV capability and panoramic views of the golf course, accommodating from 50-300 guests; beautifully appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms; a pro shop; and the headquarters of the New Jersey State Golf Association.
