    Dear Holland Orchards Golf Pro/Manager:

    As the new fundraising director at Cardinal McCarrick HS in South Amboy, I am exploring options for our September golf outing. Since your club is located within reach of the school and has a great reputation, I would hope you could consider us for play on your course.

    Availability at this late date is our main concern as is the cost for having our fundraiser there. Although I am not in the office today due to the weather, I should be available the rest of week to discuss options with you and look forward to speaking with you then.
