New Jersey native and LPGA professional Diana D’Alessio found herself in Slovakia for the Ladies Slovack Open on Memorial Day weekend.

“I had never been to Slovakia before,” she said, “and never thought I would go to play golf there. It was a neat experience and another chance to play an event.”

These days the world’s best women golfers must go where the golf is.

This week the golf is at a rare site – the United States. The $1.5 million ShopRite LPGA Classic will be held at Seaview – A Dolce Resort from Friday-Sunday.
