Via Courier-Post Online – Renovations set at Seaview Resort: The Seaview Resort, purchased last month by Richard Stockton College of New Jersey for $20 million, will be closed for renovations between Jan. 17 and March 17. The Bay Golf Course will remain open year-round, weather permitting. The Pines Golf Course routinely closes from early November through mid-March.
