Season: March-December
Notes: Formerly known as Shore Oaks Golf Club. The club's web site describes the course as follows:
Eagle Oaks opened for play in May of 1990. The scenic and sprawling layout makes artful use of trees and water on a course that has been described as “tight and challenging, but not overpoweringly long.” There are anywhere from three to seven tees for each hole giving golfers a wide variety of lengths; a Miller “signature” designed to provide a true test for the good player and a fair challenge for all levels of play.
Eagle Oaks, like many great courses, is a blend of open meadow holes and deep forested holes. There's a real sampling of golf here – open areas, holes with mounded features, water holes, tree-lined holes, and one of the strongest stretches of finishing holes to be found anywhere.
